Greetings all, I am posting for those wishing to build sudo with afs
auth on solaris 8 (2.8) ...
* System is Solaris 8 10/01 (Patched with latest clusters)
* on a sun4u box (e450)
* gcc 2.95.2
* OpenAFS 1.2.3 (binary release)
* sudo-1.6.5p2
1) Run ./configure on sudo with the following options (in addition to
your sites requirements)
--with-AFS
--with-libraries=resolv
(adding resolv libs to the --with-libraries was key)
2) Modify Makefile as follows:
Remove -lucb from SUDO_LIBS line
3) make && make install
