Hi *, I'm trying to setup a local/test afs-cell on my home-workstation.
Environment: Linux 2.2.18aa2 openafs 1.2.3final2-5 (Debian-Packetname) The installation works ok up to the point where I want to create the afs rootvolume (with the afs-rootvol skript). The skript tries to crate the volume 'root.cell' like this: fs mkm /afs/my.cellname root.cell my.cellname The fs command comes back with: fs: File '/afs/my.cellname' doesn't exist. Am I missing something? Afs is mounted, the afs-newcell skript didn't produce any errors as well. Vos listvol shows two volumes (roo.afs and root.cell - both RW). Why can't I create that mountpoint? I don't remember having seen that error before. Thx. by Tns -- There is no safe distance. _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
