Stefan, Regarding your third item, have you included your cell specifics in the %SYSTEMROOT%\afsdcell.ini?

Confusing: the Account and Server managers from the Control center work properly and I can administer the linux server with these tools. Why can't the client connect? I read sth. about NetBEUI and LANA settings - what is this?
