[OpenAFS] AFS with PSR

Hi
I am trying to build PSR(Password Storage and Retrieval)psr-1.2,
that is used to for getting AFS authentication for PBS(Portable Batch
system) jobs automatically.

while configuring it needs Transarc-provided development libraries and
header files for AFS. it is configuring properly but while running
make it gives following errors
undefined reference to add_to_error_table in function
initialize_ACFG_error_table.

has any body faced this problem please help
