only 100?? And how big a file are you trying to pull down? You might not have enough cache space allocated.


What Derek forgot to point out, which explains his shock, is that the cache size in the cacheinfo file is represented in units of 1K blocks. So, you've configured AFS to use a 100K memory cache.
