I'm using MIT Kerberos for Windows 2.6.0 and OpenAFS 1.3.6500 on
Windows XP. My computer is member of NT-style domain driven by Samba

The current release of KFW is 2.6.3. 2.6.4 is currently in beta.
I haven't been able to use anything newer than 2.6.0. Leash always
crashes to me in versions 2.6.1 and above. I didn't get any response in
Kerberos mailing-list.
I'm using same username/password for both the Samba account and
Kerberos principal. However, the integrated logon feature doesn't work
form me. When logged into domain I need to run Leash (or kinit) to get
access to AFS.
Do your domain username and password match your Kerberos username and
password?
If not, it won't work
Yes, they match. I also tried to create local account with the same
username and password as the Kerberos principal. Still it doesn't get
tickets automatically.
I'm using Czech version of Windows XP Professional. Might it cause the
troubles?
P.S.: I need to express my thanks for the 1.3.65 Windows Release. It
brings useful new features and especially I appreciated the
Installation Notes.
You are welcome. Feel free to express your thanks by sending a good
bottle of tequila.
If you stop in Czech, then we can sit together and empty few bottles of
my grandfather's wonderful plum liquer :-)
