We are now about two weeks from releasing what will be the super stable release of
OpenAFS for Windows. This version is expected to be the version which you will
deploy within your organizations for the next six months. There are many changes
which require documentation.

What I would like is if someone could commit to converting the "IBM AFS Client Help"
WinHelp file to HtmlHelp and then update it with all of the new functionality which is
sketched out in the afs-install-notes.txt, afs-changes-since-1.2.txt, and registry.txt files.

I have done this type of conversion within the last twelve months for KFW and while it
is time consuming it does not require a rocket scientist or even a programmer. A decent
student or junior programmer should be able to handle the conversion with ease. A good
tech writer would be nice to have but is not required to make a first pass at the text. I am
sure the community will provide ample review when the time comes.

Are there any volunteers?

Thanks.

Jeffrey Altman
