[OpenAFS] XP SP2, 1.3.71, and integrated logon

Before I start trying to get help with my problem--is integrated logon 
supported under SP2 (the final release) with v1.3.70 and later, or do 
those versions simply (silently) disable it so as to not run into the 
hang-on-boot issues?

And if it's the latter, is there any command-line interface for logging 
onto AFS cells (and documentation for same)?
