Try turning off the "-dynroot" option to afsd, if dynroot is on you cannot
access root.afs. I think it best to keep this off on my AFS servers.

Hello i am having a few problems with timeouts when i try to set the acl
on /afs i get an error complaining about timeouts. I have the client and
the server on the same machine and no firewall loaded. I have asf tokens
and vos and pts appear to work correctly and fs checkvols tells me all
mappings are ok etc. This has me so confused.:-(
