Hello,

This may sound silly, but where's the correct location on Debian where
to put the NetRestrict file?
I've looked at the source where I found that is the AFSDIR_LOCAL_DIR
which is configured thru the parameter @afslocaldir which is
"/usr/afs/local" or "@{localstatedir}/openafs".

The last parameter, @localstatedir, can be specified at compilation
time, and I had guessed (looking at other files that should go in
AFSDIR_LOCAL_DIR) that it should be "/var/lib".

Anyway if I put NetRestrict in "/var/lib/openafs" nothing happens (ie.
127.0.0.1 still there), so I wonder if it's the dir wrong or the
program which ignore somehow NetRestrict.
