Thanks, Altman.
I use the windows version for experiment, too. :)
The following is a detailed description of my problem.

Although the configuration wizard is not completed successfully, I use the
server manager to delete the volume "root.afs", and then create a new one.
I can get a token (the client and the server are on the same machine) from
the server and map the driver(driver I: for example, mapped as the /afs
directory). But when I enter the mapped driver I:, I can only see the
openafs.org and .openafs.org directory and can not create new file or folder at
all.
I use the server manager to view the service log, all of the services
except the fs server are ok.
    The fs service's log said:
Wed Jul 13 00:22:01 2005 File server starting
Wed Jul 13 00:22:01 2005 afs_krb_get_lrealm failed, using afstest.win.thu.cn.
Wed Jul 13 00:22:01 2005 Couldn't get CPS for AnyUser, will try again in 30
seconds; code=-455.
Wed Jul 13 00:22:31 2005 Couldn't get CPS for AnyUser, will try again in 30
seconds; code=-455.
Wed Jul 13 00:23:01 2005 Couldn't get CPS for AnyUser, will try again in 30

......

And I google the error message, find the following message:
How can I get the right KeyFile for windows?
