Not everything, just the kernel module. get the openafs-kernel-source rpm, install it, and follow the instructions it puts in /usr/src/openafs-kernel or some similar path. You'll also need the kernel-source rpm from redhat for the kernel you are running. "up2date -i kernel-source" should get that for you. A final note - you don't strictly need the kernel module to run an AFS server.
