Is this the start of finger pointing?  Whos fault is it that the OpenAFS
client doesn't run on Vista?  The OpenAFS client runs entirely under
userland in Windows (not in the Kernel), so I assume its using "standard"
APIs (Microsoft standard), so it sounds like it should be Microsofts
fault.  Microsoft breaking their own APIs again?  But can that be proven
in a court of law?  ;-)

We have yet to find a court of law to be the best forum for resolving an interoperability problem.
