Try using the OpenAFS aklog.exe with the -d flag. Also, make sure you can obtain tickets with KFW's Leash.
If you get tickets and tokens via those methods, make sure that during a previous installation you did not disable the use of KFW in OpenAFS. See registry.txt for OpenAFS registry values.
