Quoting Ron Croonenberg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

ok, I changed that in my spec file to:

# not supported on Linux or duplicated
#for f in kdb rmtsysd kpwvalid ; do
# rm -f $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_sbindir}/$f
#done

I presume this is uncommented in openafs.spec..
Did you add in the 'rm -f ....kdump*'?

but I still get:
Checking for unpackaged file(s): /usr/lib/rpm/check-files
/var/tmp/openafs-1.4.0rc5-root
error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
  /usr/sbin/kdump
  /usr/sbin/kdump-2.4.22-1.2199.nptl_afs_ssi_9smp

Probably because you left out the 'rm' of the kdump. Either that or
it's not globbing properly.
