Quoting Ron Croonenberg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

If I need to start afsd using memcache, do I just use the commandline
options in a string ?

Yes.

 (do I need to use quotes ?)
like :
AFSD_ARGS="-memcache"

It's a sh script.. Would you need to quote it to the shell?

What about "/etc/sysconfig/afs" can I use that one as a config file for
the openafs client ? or is that one meant for an OpenAFS server ?

There is no /etc/sysconfig/afs in the 1.4 RPMS. The single config file,
/etc/sysconfig/openafs, is shared by both client and server.
