First question is whether or not OpenAFS Server is stable when running on Windows XP Pro. That is, is OpenAFS server for Windows ready for prime time? I ask because I can't seem to get it configured properly using the 'Server Configuration Wizard'. Everything seems to install OK but the wizard crashes very consistently when I run it.

Please read item 3.10 of the Release Notes.

I would be happy to support the ability to host AFS volumes on
a Windows Server. However, I would need to be provided significant resources in order to make it happen.

I would want to remove all use of kaserver and re-write the wizard
to perform account configuration using Active Directory to manage the
realm. I believe the services do for the most part work although
they have not been tested. Manual configuration of them should be
possible.

However, as stated in the release notes. Please do not used the
AFS Servers on Windows for any data you care the least bit about.
