I'm not sure that you can; you lose the UID/GID information because of
the way an AFS is presented in Windows. Not sure whether it would be
possible to do it so that you can - NTFS does have the concept of
ownership and the information is viewable remotely, kludge may be
possible (although knowing nothing about the Windows API, that's guess
work).
