Its not a question of bandwidth. I'm sure that MIT and CMU have plenty. The issue is ensuring that your users obtain an installation that works for them. My goal is to produce packages that can be easily customized for each site. Your cell is a site with a need for your own configurations. Therefore, you should be distributing packages for your users just as CMU, MIT, Stanford and other cells do. Jeffrey Altman
