It's only defined in architecture specific includes of the Linux 2.6
kernel.  In 2.6.11.12 (and older) this doesn't seem to include the
x86_64 architecture.
On 2.6.15 I see include/asm-x86_64/seccomp.h defining TIF_32BIT, on
2.6.10 I don't.
