I'm quite aware that it isn't a technical description - I had saved the
details for the bug report (which I just sent). afscreds thinks the
service is not running when I try to obtain tokens. Neither do the
command line utilities. Windows thinks the service is running, but when
I try to stop it, it enters a "stopping" state. I have to pskill the
service so that I can restart it.
