Cool.  It looks like you have a corrupted VLDB.  Particularly, you seem
to have a (bogus) entry which exists in one hash table but not the other. What happens if you run "vos listvl ''" ?

Good question. The answer is probably that you need some sort of repair utility that can operate on the database directly to remove the bogus entry.
