One possibility is that one of the file servers has overwritten memory and lost its ability to find the CellServDB file. This will cause the file server to be unable to check to see if the key needs to be re-loaded and subsequently will cause all authenticated requests to be rejected with a bad ticket error. If this is the problem, then upgrading the file server to 1.4.1 is the solution. Jeffrey Altman
