I have a windows host that can't access our local cell. The host can
access public AFS servers. We can successfully get tokens. The AFS
service starts without error. Other hosts on the network have no
trouble accessing the cell. The trouble manifested after a complete
system reinstall after virus trouble so it is difficult to answer, "What
changed?"
I'm stumped. Why would a host would be able to access other cells but
not the local cell?
