Note that /vicep<xy> can be a symlink to elsehwere in your file
system.  You just need to touch /vicep<xy>/AlwaysAttach to make sure
it gets mounted by the fileserver if it's not a real mountpoint.

So in this way, yes, you can put AFS data anywhere on your server..
But you still need to "use" /vicep<xy> ....
