Ron: As documented in the Release Notes, this tool is not supported. It is specific to kaserver and there is no one working on additional support for kaserver. I believe the tool still works if the kaserver is located on the Windows machine on which the AFS account manager is executed. However, I haven't tested it in a long time. At some point I would like to re-use the interface and implement an MIT Kerberos kadmin client as a backend so it can be used to manage Kerberos 5 realms.
There are currently no resources available to perform such work.
