-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi!
I just installed 1.5.14 windows on one winXP sp2 PC which had 1.5.12 on it before. So far no problems. And some magic: with some 1.5.x version the local drives on that machine went from "Z: /afs/cgv.tugraz.at" to "Dr" in the map drive tab and couldn´t be deleted or else. No change while delete/reinstall 1.5.x or update OpenAFS to this behaviour. Now, with the update to 1.5.14 the drive names changed back to Z: and Y: and I could delete them! I don´t know why, but thats far better now. To the context menu problem: seems to be really windows user profile dependent. With my 4 test profiles I couldn´t reproduce the timeout in waiting for the context menu. But after another user loged in, he had the problem with the context menu again :-( So I need to create a user profile with this problem for a remote login to test... (btw, Logitech Quickcam has this behaviour, to. With my test accounts it works like a charm, for this special user mentioned above, it doesn´t work) MfG, Lars Schimmer - -- - ------------------------------------------------------------- TU Graz, Institut für ComputerGraphik & WissensVisualisierung Tel: +43 316 873-5405 E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fax: +43 316 873-5402 PGP-Key-ID: 0x4A9B1723 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFsN+mmWhuE0qbFyMRAhKvAJ4jnyTVadBsXMe2EFUDTTzHbZpPFACfW9fE vn0VXmPFFs8+bEdwjo0vE84= =C9oL -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
