Its as easy as 1,2,3... (1) Use makecab.exe to construct a new cabinet file. (2) Use msitran.exe to apply your transform to the source msi (3) Use msidb.exe to merge your cabinet file into the msi Secure Endpoints will develop custom transforms including replacement or additional files under contract.
