Here's what I get from nslookup:
<<
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ nslookup -type=AFSDB ridgetop-group.local
Server: 192.168.2.1
Address: 192.168.2.1#53

ridgetop-group.local afsdb = 1 coronado.ridgetop-group.local.
>>

That looks right to me. Any idea why the OAFW client won't pick it up?

Thanks!
Karl

Hello,

in our Bind-config are these lines:
kip.uni-heidelberg.de. IN AFSDB 1 afsdb1.kip.uni-heidelberg.de.
kip.uni-heidelberg.de. IN AFSDB 1 afsdb2.kip.uni-heidelberg.de.

and with nslookup it can checked:
# nslookup -type=AFSDB kip.uni-heidelberg.deServer: 129.206.127.244
Address: 129.206.127.244#53

kip.uni-heidelberg.de afsdb = 1 afsdb2.kip.uni-heidelberg.de.
kip.uni-heidelberg.de afsdb = 1 afsdb1.kip.uni-heidelberg.de.

best regards
