I have a mysterious missing volume. In
/afs/qatar.cmu.edu/system/gamma/sun4x_s10/nos I have two mount points:
1067 nos > fs lsm *
'003' is a mount point for volume '#sun4s10.os.003'
'004' is a mount point for volume '#sun4s10.os.004'
However, only one of them is accessible:
1068 nos > ls 003
ls: 003: No such device
1070 nos > ls -l
total 2
?---------+ ? ? ? ? ? 003
drwxr-xr-x 22 root root 2048 Jul 28 2006 004/
This would be perfectly normal if sun4s10.os.003 were missing, but:
1063 nos > vos examine sun4s10.os.003

(cleared cache on multiple machines, no joy). So, I'm stumped. Any ideas?
