OK, it's working now.
I set the acl as rcmd.server and dropped the .net.

I am wondering ... what are the sequence of steps that you did? For example,
did you create rcmd.server _after_ you ran aklog? If so, you might need
to run "aklog -force" to get the AFS fileserver to notice the change.
