For starters, the AFS Servers on Windows are not production ready. I'm looking for approximately $100,000 to get them to a point where they will be. That includes not just updates to the raw services but also integration with Active Directory, Microsoft Management Console, New Cell Wizards, etc.

Secondly, the DAFS code does not currently build on Windows. There is an open ticket for this in the OpenAFS RT.
