The description of the issues are not specific enough to identify where the problem might reside. Data collection using the debugging methods described in the Release Notes are required to determine what the precise problem is. In particular, AFS trace logs, minidumps and
Process Monitor logs will particularly helpful. If the problem is a deadlock that will be shown in a minidump whichcan be taken prior to the service being restarted and analyzed afterwards on another machine.
