Have you read the OpenAFS for Windows Release Notes and the Network Identity Manager User Guide (comes with KFW)? You want to read about Integrated Logon in order to obtain tokens that can be used to load the Windows profile from an AFS volume and Network Identity Manager to automatically renew them and permit your users to obtain tokens for other cells they may have access to.
