The RPMs on the download site worked for 2.6.9-67.0.7, but there aren't any for 2.6.9-67.0.15 which Red Hat just released this week.
In general, we aim to track new Red Hat kernels across Fedora 5-9, and RHEL 4 and 5. There are a number of human factors that may interfere with the timeliness of this. Not least of which is the fact that we need to wait for CentOs to rebuild the relevant RedHat kernel SRPM, as we don't have RHEL licenses for the build machine. Those CentOs RPMs only appeared last night, and the corresponding OpenAFS builds have just completed. Once someone has time to upload them, those RPMs will be available from the website.
