When creating partitons using zfs on Solaris that are larger than
1000 GB I see negative values returned - Is this a zfs
issue due to it being 128 bit? Due to the changes coming in
1.5 this (in addition to the 2 TB partition/volume limit)
should go away...correct?
I "fixed" the problem by carving up my pool into multiple /vicep*
mountpoints and setting an appropriate < 2TB quota on each.

Thanks Rob
I also did that as your talk last year shows - however
whenever the /vicep* partition goes over 1000GB I get
negative numbers - not sure why..as you can
see Sun Volume Manager seems to work - do you
(or anyone else on this list) have zfs
/vicep* partitions larger than 1000 GB?
e.g.
df shows
# df -h | grep vicep
/dev/md/dsk/d30 790G 3.0G 779G 1% /vicepz
vicepa 500G 28K 500G 1% /vicepa
tank/vicepb 1000G 77K 1000G 1% /vicepb
/dev/md/dsk/d50 1.8T 64M 1.8T 1% /vicepx
tank/vicepc 1.5T 67K 1.5T 1% /vicepc

# zfs list -r tank

tank 339K 8.87T 60.9K /tank
tank/vicepb 77.0K 1000G 77.0K /vicepb
