Lars:

If you are successfully loading the profile then you can redirect folders. Of course, if the user's token expires or is destroyed
the redirection will fail. With pre-1.5.50 releases attempts to
save file names with characters that cannot be represented in
the local OEM character set will fail. With 1.5.50, Unicode is
used so that is no longer a problem.

Sorry, wrong email before... I hate these days.

Hi!

Ok, as users mourn about used time to transport user profiles in the 1
GB area (yeah), I think about folder redirections.
Right now I obtain tokens while login and use roaming profiles in AFS
space, more or less fine.
If I want to use folder redirections, what falls do I need to expect?

E.g. I like to redirect doc & settings into a premade directory in users
AFS home filespace.
Does it work flawless like:
users try to login, openafs gets token while login, user directories are
mapped WITH valid token?
Has anyone experience with the 1.5.x OpenAFS client for windows in this
area?
