Lars:If you are successfully loading the profile then you can redirect folders. Of course, if the user's token expires or is destroyed
the redirection will fail. With pre-1.5.50 releases attempts to save file names with characters that cannot be represented in the local OEM character set will fail. With 1.5.50, Unicode is used so that is no longer a problem.

Sorry, wrong email before... I hate these days. Hi! Ok, as users mourn about used time to transport user profiles in the 1 GB area (yeah), I think about folder redirections. Right now I obtain tokens while login and use roaming profiles in AFS space, more or less fine. If I want to use folder redirections, what falls do I need to expect? E.g. I like to redirect doc & settings into a premade directory in users AFS home filespace. Does it work flawless like: users try to login, openafs gets token while login, user directories are mapped WITH valid token? Has anyone experience with the 1.5.x OpenAFS client for windows in this area? MfG, Lars Schimmer
