Just destroyed the mixed file server - db server setup. Will make things easier. I have only one addr IP addr on my db servers. You have two. $ /usr/openafs/bin/udebug 129.27.161.7 7003Host's addresses are: 129.27.161.7 129.27.161.105 ...or even three $ /usr/openafs/bin/udebug 129.27.161.15 7003Host's addresses are: 129.27.161.15 129.27.161.90 129.27.161.4I wonder if there is some dependency _which_one_ of these should be in the server CellServDB file. Any? Lowest? Probably not "all", even if "all" would be the reasonable thing for client CellServDB entries. What gain do I get from db servers with multiple interfaces? Or is it only complicating things and should be avoided?$ /usr/openafs/bin/bos listhosts 129.27.161.7 bos: no such entry (getting tickets)bos: running unauthenticated Cell name is itp.tugraz.at Host 1 is faepafs1.tu-graz.ac.at Host 2 is faepafs2.tu-graz.ac.at $ host faepafs1.tu-graz.ac.at faepafs1.tu-graz.ac.at has address 129.27.161.7 $ host faepafs2.tu-graz.ac.at faepafs2.tu-graz.ac.at has address 129.27.161.15 Harald. _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
