Hi All,
I'm trying to configure an OpenAFS server on a windows 2003 server.
After setting the configuration with the wizard (first time
configuration), I always get the same error when it tries to setup the
server:
17:11:46 10/13/08: Creating volume root.afs on partition 3 with a quota
of 5000.
17:11:48 10/13/08: Error 0xffffffff has occurred: server or network not
responding.

The server should be the same machine, and all services seem to be
running. It also creates the volume in the specified partition. And the
AFS Server Manager shows the cell and the volume/partition as if they
were working fine (or that's what I think).
The client is able to mount the partition, but can't connect to get AFS
tokens nor create files, etc... in the mounted drive.
The error is Authentication server unavailable.

There is no firewall and the client can ping the server.

Not sure where start looking.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Isaac
