I think you want the "openafs-repository" package which is housed a few directory levels up, either: http://dl.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.4.10/openafs-repository-1.4.10-1.noarch.rpm or http://dl.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.4.10/openafs-repository-rhel-1.4.10-1.noarch.rpm These packages will take care of placing the yum config files in /etc/yum/repos.d.
