A volume is a volume. To share a volume with anothe user, you give that
user access using the "fs setacl" command. The new user will need to be
able to cd to the volume in question, do you will need to give
"system:anyuser" or the new user lookup (l) access to all ancestors of
the directory where the volume is mounted.
FYI, system:anyuser means anyone in the world with an AFS client.
