One of the concerns raised by our Information Security Office is that a primary point of this space is to get the data off of people's hard drives and into central storage that can be managed securely. If the data persists in users' caches after they disconnect from the VPN required to access the secure space directly, this would partly defeat this purpose. Do you have the ability to control which clients can access this space? If so, would saying, "Thou shalt use memcache" (perhaps followed by mandatory reboot) mitigate the issue? -c _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
