Hello folks,
Our DNS AFSDB lookups are not working ("specified realm is unknown"
error) with OpenAFS Client for Windows 1.5.7000 and 1.5.7100. There was
no problem with 1.5.6400 and earlier. Manually adding our db servers
into the PC's CellServDB does allow authentication.
The release notes at

hint that this is already known "Restore use of DNS AFSDB and SRV
records which were unintentionally disabled in 1.5.69"
Also I see from http://rt.central.org/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=125594
that someone else has a similar problem and is able to fix it by adding
new SRV records.
It is not clear to me if the new SRV records as described
http://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-allbery-afs-srv-records-03.txt might fix
the problem as far as NJIT is concerned.
I do apologize in advance if my reading/LMGTFY/RT[fine]RN efforts
overlooked something obvious.
