Without knowing the configuration and the network traffic it really is
impossible to assist you.  An unable to find KDC for requested realm is
a fairly straight forward error.  It means that the Kerberos library
(whether Microsoft's [MSLSA:] or MIT's [API:]) is unable to construct
a list of KDCs for the realm in question.

Provide configuration information and we can assist you.
