This is correct.   We were able to update the private APIs and RPCs
necessary to permit safe usage of partitions larger than 2TBs.  However,
changing the file server RPC used by the cache manager in response
to "fs examine" and "fs lq" to support 64-bit values is not something
that has been accomplished.  We apologize for the confusion it might cause.
