I am unfamiliar with this problem and there is insufficient information provided to even guess. Error 5 is Access Denied. Please submit a bug report at [email protected]. Attach to that report a copy of an installation log file generated by manually executing the installer: msiexec /i <msifile> /l*v <logfile> Hopefully the logfile might provide some clues. Be sure to include the version number of the installer as part of the report. Jeffrey Altman
