I think that we should add a -usedns switch to request the use of dns
srv / afsdb records.  It should return a failure if the cache manager
was not started with afsdb support active.

Anyone that is deploying DNS AFSDB records should also deploy DNS SRV
records as documented in http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5864.txt
as DNS SRV records are superceding AFSDB records in current and future
releases of OpenAFS.
