This is more regarding that same user... who turns out to be running
OpenAFS 1.5.77.

I compiled up the kstart package on Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) with no
errors, and have tried to use the krenew program as a daemon like this:

   krenew -K 10 -t &

But in the logs, it shows it failing, and evidently it exits at that point:

Dec 8 07:01:39 angband krenew[24013]: cannot get current credentials:
Ticket expired
Dec 8 07:01:39 angband krenew[24013]: renewing credentials for
[email protected]
Dec 8 07:01:41 angband krenew[24013]: error renewing credentials:
Ticket expired

I *should* be able to renew for several days:

Valid Starting Expires Service Principal
12/08/10 09:19:57 12/08/10 19:19:57 krbtgt/[email protected]
        renew until 12/15/10 09:19:57

(that's the ticket I got yesterday morning when I found it hadn't
renewed overnight)

I'm guess I'm either just doing it wrong or there's something odd about
Mac OS X... there's another method for renewing tickets and tokens in
Claudio Bisegni's AFS Commander for Mac, but I'm told that's not working
for the user I'm working on this for, either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Chris
