Many thanks. However, when I run the installer it causes a kernel panic. It happens after the installer says that the installation is complete. I imagine it is when it is trying to load the extension.
After that, when I go back into the system and setup the CellServDB and try to startup OpenAFS it also kernel panics. Let me know what additional information you might like.
