Dear jaltman,
Thank you for your reply and there are some questions to help slove:
1.Which is the path of temp folder ,under the system directory or user directory? how to modify?

If you are asking where the "CacheFile" is created, this is described in Appendix A of the Release Notes.
By default, it is created in the directory specified by the %TEMP% environment variable of the afsd_service.exe process.
Alternative locations can be specified in the registry.

2.Whether to support multi_user login in the same system? how to do it ?
There is nothing to do.  If your version of Windows supports multiple users, so does OpenAFS.

3.How many mapping memory for single user to use and how to adjust?
The size of the cache file is set with the CacheSize registry value.  This is documented in Appendix A of the release notes.

4.How to define chunk vlaue in the server end?

The ChunkSize is not configured on the file servers.  The Windows client uses "ChunkSize" as an upper-limit on the size of RPC data payloads that can be fetched or stored.  The Windows client does not store data in ChunkSize units as the Unix client does.

5.How to compare Windows X64 Client version 1.6 with version 1.7?

The 1.7 client has an AFS specific file system redirector driver.   The 1.6 must use the Microsoft SMB redirector and an SMB to AFS gateway interface in the afsd_service.exe process.

6.How to adjust Cache of size up to more than 2GB?
With the CacheSize registry value.   See Appendix A of the release notes.

7.The AFS user and AD user can as the same user or not.

Active Directory Domains can be used as the Kerberos realm for an AFS cell.

8.What is the performance parameters of OpenAFS version 1.6?

I'm not sure what you are asking.

I'm looking forward to receiving your early reply, thank you very much!
